A Change of Pace: Hoi An

We traveled to Hoi An by night bus, surprisingly decent experience. Our bus left Nha Trang at 7PM and arrived in Hoi An around 8AM. Our first stop was the Cargo Cafe for breakfast, then we checked in at our hotel. And what should be included in our hotel room reservation? Bicycles, of course :)

So we cycled into Hoi An "old town," enjoying the day of sunshine, and being out of the big cities. We looked in some shops, ate Vietnamese food for lunch, cycled over the bridges to parts of the city on different islands, and drank coffee while watching the boats go by on the river. This is the kind of place where you come for a week and stay for years. Unfortunately, we did move on to Hanoi. But we hope you can enjoy Hoi An through these photos...
